under applicable copyrights, and other proprietary
(including but not limited to intellectual property)

eTool" and statements " Are you serious
about your Telecom Career?, "Serving Telecom
Engineering Professionals for last X years"
and other company graphics, logos, designs,
page headers, button icons, scripts, content
and service names are registered trademarks
of ZUMBEEL in Pakistan and/or other countries
and can not be used without prior written permission
of ZUMBEEL. The copying, redistribution, use
or publication by you of any such matters or
any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section
4 below, is strictly prohibited. You do not
acquire ownership rights to any content, document
or other materials viewed through the Site.
The posting of information or materials on the
Site does not constitute a waiver of any right
in such information and materials. Some of the
content on the site is the copyrighted work
of third parties.
3. Your Copyrights.
We respect the intellectual property of others,
and we ask you to do the same. If you believe
that your work has been copied in a way that
constitutes copyright infringement, please provide
us following information:
a. An electronic or physical signature of the
person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
of the copyright interest;
b. A description of the copyrighted work that
you claim has been infringed;
c. A description of where the material that
you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
d. Your address, telephone number, and email

5. Third-Party Merchant Policies.
All rules, policies (including privacy policies)
and operating procedures of Merchants will apply
to you while on any Merchant sites. We are not
responsible for information provided by you
to Merchants. We and the Merchants are independent
contractors and neither party has authority
to make any representations or commitments on
behalf of the other.
6. Unlawful Activity.
We reserve the right to investigate complaints
or reported violations of this Agreement and
to take any action we deem appropriate, including
but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful
activity to law enforcement officials, regulators,
or other third parties and disclosing any information
necessary or appropriate to such persons or
entities relating to your profile, email addresses,
usage history, posted materials, IP addresses
and traffic information.
7. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and
our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees,
subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party
suppliers of information and documents, advertisers,
product and service providers, and affiliates
(collectively, "Affiliated Parties")
harmless from any liability, loss, claim and
expense related to your violation of this Agreement
or use of the Site.
8. Nontransferable.
Your right to use the Site is not transferable
or assignable. Any password or right given to
you to obtain information or documents is not
transferable or assignable.
9. Third Party Content.
Third party content may appear on the Site or
may be accessible via links from the Site. We
are not responsible for and assume no liability
for any mistakes, misstatements of law, defamation,
omissions, falsehood, obscenity, pornography
or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations
or any other form of content on the Site. You
understand that the information and opinions
in the third party content represent solely
the thoughts of the author and is neither endorsed
by nor does it necessarily reflect our belief.
10. Legal Compliance.
You agree to comply with all applicable domestic
and international laws, statutes, ordinances
and regulations regarding your use of the Site
and the Content and Materials provided therein.
11. Limitation of Liability.
(a) We and any Affiliated Party shall not be
liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability,
or damage of any kind resulting in any way from
(1) any errors in or omissions from the Site
or any services or products obtainable there
from, (2) the unavailability or interruption
of the Site or any features thereof, (3) your
use of the Site, (4) the content contained on
the Site, or (5) any delay or failure in performance
beyond the control of a Covered Party.
12. User content posted on ZUMBEEL
Members are solely responsible for all the content
posted by them. They must not post, transmit,
or share User Content on the Site or Service
that they did not create or that they do not
have permission to post. They must understand
and agree that the ZUMBEEL may, but is not obligated
to, review the Site and may delete or remove
(without notice) any Site Content or User Content
in its sole discretion, for any reason or no
reason, including User Content that in the sole
judgment of the Company violates this Agreement
or the ZUMBEEL Code of Conduct, or which might
be offensive, illegal, or that might violate
the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of
users or others. Members are solely responsible
at their sole cost and expense for creating
backup copies and replacing any User Content
they post or store on the Site or provide to
the Company.
13. Termination
ZUMBEEL reserve the rights to terminate membership,
delete member's profile and any content or information
that they have posted on the Site for any reason,
or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion,
with or without notice.
14. Governing Law
By using or visiting ZUMBEEL and/or the Service,
you agree the international laws of Internet
and laws of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising out of or in relation to
this Agreement shall be settled amicably by
the Parties hereto, failing which it shall be
referred to arbitration by two arbitrators,
one to be appointed by each party or in the
event of disagreement between the arbitrators
to an umpire to be nominated by the arbitrators
prior to entering upon the reference. Arbitration
shall be governed by the Arbitration Act 1940
and the venue of arbitration shall be decided
on accord.
Forums - Code of Conduct
The aim of the following Code of Conduct is
to lay down guidelines for all the members and
will help in maintaining and improving the standard
of these forums and to avoid any confusion.
• These are professional forums so ZUMBEEL
expects highest level of professionalism from
its members.
• ZUMBEEL do not allow any non telecom
and non career related stuff on these forums.
• Use of unprofessional language and
post regarding political, religious, vulgar,
defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful,
threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually
oriented, or violates any laws are strictly
not allowed
• ZUMBEEL bears no responsibility of
the contents of the topic and replies going
through these forums. Please contact the person
directly (by using networking segment) in case
of any need. We also reserve the right to reveal
whatever information we know about you in the
event of a complaint or legal action arising
from any message posted by yourself.
• In case of any job related email response
