Comment on Value of Quality Professionals in Service Industry - Part2 by Haris Hassan http://zumbeel.net/blog/pointtoponder/2009/10/26/value-of-quality-professionals-in-service-industry-part2/#comment-968 Haris Hassan Tue, 27 Oct 2009 06:59:53 +0000 http://zumbeel.net/blog/pointtoponder/?p=44#comment-968 Sir i would love to see if you can share some case studies showcasing improvements in processes after the implementation of six sigma. Also would like to hear from you as to how easily people accepted the change after implementation of proposed changes. I have mostly observed organizations implementing techniques like six sigma to cut down cost and not for the purpose of improving QoS. If it ends up improving processes and service levels then its a bonus ( i may be wrong though).
