I agree Ali, but you took that point wrong. Or probably its just the way I wrote it. By aims and objectives I meant your personal aims and objectives and not career objectives alone.

I too sort of agree to the fact that we should have a job first and then keep looking for a job in our relevant industry.

well firstly i must say that a very well written article, it will surely help grads get in track again, but i would dis-agree with the point of “specifying aims and objectives”, at the moment it is a do or die condition so being aim specific wont do much good, in my view it is better to go for all or any jobs that are available. Once in a job then we should always keep looking for the “MR. Right” job :O) having said this the job we apply for should atleast be field releated.

Thank you, Ali, for the nice words.

I believe it is a win-win situation for both the customers and the operators alike if these recommendations are indeed implemented.

We have to *encourage* more FDI into the telecom sector rather wait for the government to earn revenues. Slow and steady, I believe so, will win them the race (the government). We cant afford to be impatient by levying heavy taxes on this growing industry..

well written ammar, the cellular companies are right in their own way to ask for cut down in taxes but the PTA increased them in the first place because of the low revenue being generated! so whats the point in now cutting of the tax if they still dont have an alternative for it?
as far as customer point of view is considered it will be a sigh of relief, and maybe just may be this act would play a pivitol role in stabalizing the telecom market. 3G liscene (as per PTA on paper plans) should be out till the end of this year, but we all know the rate at which promises are delivered.

Dear Mr. M. Zeeshan,

I appreciate your comment on my sharing. I completely agree with you. We need more awareness about IPv6 and have smoothe transition mechanisms to migrate to v6 from v4.

We also need to realize that IPv6 is still under the microscope and there still is room for improvement.

I must appreciate your sharing.

I think, our network community first need to aware of Ipv6; as said. And then we should have transition mechanisms to easily migrate to IPv6 from Ipv4. And hence we could easily bridge between V4 and V6. This mechanisms should not be complicated, these should be simple enough that we can use them painlessly.
