Hopping directly on to HSPA would be tricky as well as costly solution in the three four months for the operators.You have to look at technology jump as well as fiscal policies also.Look at all the working the swich side, and the bss side have been doing in prep for 3g auctions.If PTA suddenly goes for LTE it will most prob take another one year or more for everything in proper order with the vendor equipment distribution chain as well.Also the expertise that should be there to run it is not even developed yet.So looking at all the background check you cannot just delay things..get old and then buy a sports car to zoom around!…need to keep trudging along with times.
